Lilly got over her case of tonsillitis (yuck!) just in time for us to have some family time at the Fort Worth Zoo. We had a wonderful time together. Lilly especially liked the turtle she saw eating a big piece of lettuce. Now if you ask her what a turtle says, she'll tell you, "num num!" (Of course, what else would a turtle say?)

Aw, zoo trips are so much fun! I bet you had a great time! The turtle eating lettuce story is precious! I would love to hear Lilly talk. She wasn't saying much the last time I saw her.
The Fort Worth Zoo is absolutely great, too. My best friend, Megan, recently started working there as director of their early childhood education program.
